  • Valid passport or ID card
  • Proof of Maltese address
  • eResidence card or application receipt
  • Employment contract or company registration
  • Completed TA1 form (available at cfr.gov.mt)
Where to Do It:

Commissioner for Revenue offices. Main office: Centre Point Building, Mdina Road, Żebbuġ. Also accessible online via cfr.gov.mt.

If You Don't Do It:

May not be able to be legally employed. Employer faces penalties for paying unregistered workers.
